While safari holidays are a wonderful time for the whole family, there are certain activities like horse riding or bush walking that might not be suitable for young children. Having somebody trustworthy to mind your little ones while adults enjoy more entrepid activities is priceless.

Depending on the age of your baby or child, you may wish to leave them behind at camp with a Safari Sitter during early morning or night time game drives. A bumpy drive in a Landcruiser might not be worth waking the baby up for! They will be well cared for and you can enjoy the wildlife without worry.

Your Safari Sitter will meet you on arrival in Kenya and accompany you and your family throughout your safari.

They can sleep in your children's tent or room if you would be happier having them on standby during the night, otherwise they will be accommodated by the camp or lodge at your

We have varying costs for our rental equipment which is detailed on each item and do offer discounted rates for longer rental periods.
We charge a daily fee of $150 per Safari Sitter excluding travel and accommodation costs.

Yes! We offer baby equipment rental and a 'baby butler' service whereby we source all the necessities for little ones while they're on safari including nappies, suncream, organic milk formula and more.

A Safari Sitters trip will only be confirmed on receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit.
The remaining 80% balance is due 45 days prior to the first day of safari.
All cancellations are to be made via email and will only be put into affect on receipt of written notice:
Exceeding 45 days before trip commencement date, 20% deposit and bank charges are forfeited.
Less than 45 days before trip commencement date, 100% of the full value is forfeited.

Each of our trusted Safari Sitters has received police clearance certificate, up to date infant first aid training and a food handler's health certificate.

Our Safari Sitters all speak fluent English and Swahili as well as several other local languages.
